- Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless a screening is cancelled due to technical problems.
- For online ticket purchases, you can show us your tickets on your mobile device. We suggest bringing a print copy of the bar code as a backup.
- All films playing at TWFF are categorized according to BC's Motion Picture Act Regulations. Films in the "Restricted" category have an age restriction of 18 or above. Attendees to "Restricted" films might be asked to present government-issued picture ID prior to entering theatre. For all other films, attendees under age of 18 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.
