3 FOR $33 DEAL REDEMPTION
After purchasing this discount package, you will receive a link via email to reserve the 3 screenings of your choice. After selecting the screenings, you will receive a confirmation email. You must presernt the confirmation email to the Will Call table at the film festival to redeem your tickets.

BOX OFFICE TICKETS
All tickets can also be purchased at the Vancouver International Film Centre box office (open 30 minutes prior to the first screening of the day).
Tickets are subject to availability and cash only.

RUSH TICKETS
Tickets sold out online? We might still have a seat for you! Remaining empty seats are open to the rush line a few minutes after the screening time. If there are seats available, you can purchase rush ticket at the box office. Bring CASH!
Rules: Everyone gets to buy one rush ticket for themselves. Must be in the rush lineup to purchase ticket. NO buying for others. Arrangements may be made for seniors and people with disabilities at the staff's discretion. 

OTHER INFO
Online tickets can be purchased at our Brown Paper Tickets site. Online ticket sales end 1 hour before a movie screening. For online ticket purchases, e-tickets can be shown on your mobile device at the theatre. We suggest bringing a print copy of the bar code as a backup.
All movies have Chinese and English subtitles.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless a screening is cancelled due to technical problems.
All films playing at TWFF are categorized according to BC's Motion Picture Act Regulations. Films in the "Restricted" category have an age restriction of 18 or above. Attendees to "Restricted" films might be asked to present government-issued picture ID prior to entering theatre. For all other films, attendees under age of 18 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.
